By accessing and using Consequent ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Consequent provides a next-generation project management platform designed for semantic clarity and functional correctness. The Service includes:

• SNET/FNLT based task scheduling
• Hour-based project tracking
• Dependency management without lag
• Milestone tracking and Gantt visualization
• Team collaboration features

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload malicious code or content that violates intellectual property rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Consequent and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service.

6. Payment and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

Consequent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Consequent operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
